The course is experience-based and reflective, with small-group sharing. The opportunity for one-to-one spiritual accompaniment is offered.

Three 2½ hour sessions on Friday evening and Saturday will be held monthly on the following dates (excl. Jan 2011):
1/2 October, 5/6 November, 3/4 December, 4/5 February, 4/5 March, 1/2 April, 6/7 May.
Venue:
St Ninian’s Church Hall, St Andrews Street, Castle Douglas.
